  • Order cut-off: 5 PM EST (New York).
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days.

C. DELIVERY CARRIERS

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for delivery.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

Cannot be modified once an order is in transit. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to request changes.

E. CANCELLATIONS

Accepted before dispatch. For dispatched orders, refer to our refund policy.

F. DAMAGED PARCELS

Reject damaged parcels if possible. Contact customer service for delivered damaged items.

G. MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING

  1. Shipping: Standard economy ground service (carrier varies by manufacturer).
  2. Processing: 1–2 business days (possible delays due to manufacturer coordination).
  3. Transit: 1–5 business days (depends on manufacturer location).
  4. Tracking: Sent via email after dispatch.
  5. Updates: We’ll notify you of any delays.

H. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This policy applies to USA orders. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and additional fees (buyer responsible).
